Our Handmade Guarantee
At Grace & Lather, we take immense pride in our traditional hot and cold process soap-making methods. Because our products are artisanal and handmade, each bar is unique in its shape, color, and texture.
Hygiene & Safety
Due to the personal nature of skincare and hygiene products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any soaps that have been opened or removed from their original packaging.
Returns (Unopened Items)
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:
The soap must be in its original, unopened packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our studio in Alberton.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Classic Rose Powder or other bars arrive damaged, or if we sent the wrong item:
Please notify us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery.
Include a photo of the damage.
We will happily send a replacement at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (or EFT) within 7–10 working days.
